Can I swap out one of the two standard switches in item 37213055 for the DPDT switch 37213055 ? They look to be cross-compatible in the picture but without a datasheet, I cant tell.

It does, yes, the RV switch does have the exact dimensions needed to fit in the cut out of the double rocker switch. So the two parts are indeed compatible:
