It sounds like you're looking for an electric winch for your car trailer. I recommend the Bulldog Winch Trailer Winch - Wire Rope - Roller Fairlead - 4,400 lbs # BDW15019. This has a static load of 4,400 lbs and a rolling load of 44,000 lbs. If you're looking for something with a higher rated line pull, the Bulldog Winch Trailer Winch - Wire Rope - Roller Fairlead - 9,800 lbs # BDW66FR may be a better option. This has a 9,800 lb static load and 98,000 lb rolling load.
Both of these come with a wire rope and use an all-steel, 3-stage planetary gear train. They have an automatic mechanical brake and are water and weather resistant. A steel mounting plate and hardware is included. The Bulldog Winches come with a 2-year warranty.
