Distance from Top Bolt Hole of Gen-Y Gooseneck Adapter To Bottom of Coupler

Question:
Need to know the distance from top of frame where bolts are to the bottom of the gooseneck coupler. Also does the bolts come with the hitch ? ? please see attached picture. THANKS

I checked with GEN-Y and they were able to get me the distance from the top bolt hole of the # GY48GR down to the bottom of the coupler which you can see in the attached picture as well as a few other dimensions. It's 23.8 inches.
It does not come with install hardware as you would need to reuse what you have now.
