I do have a replacement option but unfortunately, the MaxxFan 4801k is not available. Instead, I recommend the MaxxFan Plus Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan, Thermostat, and Remote - Powered Lift - 10 Speed - Smoke # MA00-04500K. This is also a 10-speed fan with a powered lift and a rain sensor. You may also need the # 344270KITW for installation. The price can be found on the product page.
