Your 2022 Audi Q5 will require a different bike trailer hitch receiver from one you had on a 2014 Honda CR-V. I recommend the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e94CR as it is custom fit for your Audi. It is the only receiver we offer in the matte black powder coating that matches best with the fascia accents used on your Audi. The receiver has a class III 2" opening for a large variety of bike racks and ball mounts.
The ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness w/ 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector and Installation Kit # 119250KIT will allow you to use Auxiliary Lights # C53201 with any bike rack or other hitch mounted accessory that impairs the view of your tail lights. You can also use this 4-way with small trailers you may tow that have that connector to operate the lights on the trailer.
