Your 2022 Audi Q5 will require a different bike trailer hitch receiver from one you had on a 2014 Honda CR-V. I recommend the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e94CR as it is custom fit for your Audi. The receiver has a class III 2" opening for a large variety of bike racks and ball mounts.
