currently have Marshall gas regulator model # c6121 will MB sturgis regulator Item # 10872 replace it?

I looked up your Marshall gas regulator C6121 and found that it's a 30 psi high pressure regulator so for a replacement that would work well you'd want the part # 37207-30325.
