Will the PullRite 2900 hitch mount to the Demco 6333 platform for my 2022 Chevy 3500 standard box and if so, will I be able to use the puck system for removal without having to dissembling it every time I need to remove the hitch?

Yes, you can. Since your PullRite 2900 mounts to industry standard rails you can use the Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for Chevy/GMC OEM 5th Wheel Towing Prep Package item # DM6333. This will allow you to mount the Pullrite 2900 in the factory puck system on your 2022 Chevy Silverado 3500.
Don't forget your lube plate. The Lube Plate for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches - 10" Diameter item # RP83002 will prevent scratches on your fifth-wheel's skid plate and ease trailer hookup.
