So if I already have the old corded remote, that cable will work with this system to program the remote? Also, it seems that buying the remote and the circuit board separately is less expensive than the kit with them together? Is that right? Thank you

Yes, the Replacement Remote Cable for HappiJac Electric Truck Camper Jack Systems # LC149557 will work with your older remote system.

If you just need the remote and the circuit board, then I recommend purchasing them together # LC733540, rather than separate, as it will be more cost effective.

You can get the circuit board with # LC733513, and # HJ54ZR for the remote if you're interested.
