Replacement Circuit Board w/ Wireless Remote for a Happijac 723914 Board

Question:

Happijac 723914 board right rear jack stopped working after over loading it. all others work I hear a click at the circuit board when I press the remote but no function on the jack. all lights are green all fuses are good. eagle cap 1165 camper. Jack works manually very smooth motor is good.

Hey Gary! Sounds like you went through every troubleshooting step I would've suggested doing. I am curious though how you tested the motor to make sure it was working. Running the jacks manually wouldn't engage it. You would need to wire in directly to the motor with a battery to test it.

Based on the clicking sound you're hearing, on top of all the troubleshooting steps you've taken, my recommendation is to swap out your older 723914 board with the Replacement Circuit Board w/ Wireless Remote for HappiJac Electric Truck Camper Jack Systems item # LC733540.

Thanks for the advice I swapped jacks to test .board good ,jack good motor bad.
