Ellen: Hey everyone, I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com, and we're looking at the replacement logic board for your Happijac Remote Control System. If something happened to that original system and you need a replacement, got cracked or damaged somewhere along the way, this is that direct replacement to get you back to rolling with your Happijac system.You can see, it's going to have all the same features as our original. It comes with the five 25-amp fuses already in place. It also has our wire coming out of here so you can connect it to our system. We'll have all of our connections on either side and they are labeled so you can make those connections relatively easily and figure out which one goes where.This is, again, compatible with the Lippert Happijac system, so it's going to be part number LC733960. It is made in the USA.
And that's pretty much all there is to it for our look at the replacement logic board for the Happijac Ground Control Truck Camper Jack System. I hope this video has been helpful in deciding if this is going to be the right piece for you. It does not come with any hardware, so if you need replacement hardware for that, you'll probably need to use what came off of the original control unit, or you might have to find some new bolts for it.That's it for me, thanks for watching.
Exact match with bad circuit board, removal/reinstallation took about 30 minutes. Shipping/delivery VERY FAST!
Original circuit board problem caused by hot wire slipping off screw and making contact with rear left leg wire. I added pieces of shrink tubing for shielding (circled in photo).
Once powered on, wireless remote did not work. I contacted Lippert for reprogramming instructions (attached).
HappiJac updated the ground terminal to a more robust design as the old style burned up my previous controller board.
Just like the oem one . Worked perfect once I got my remote paired to it .

Perfect Replacement for an old-style wired board. You need to update to the wireless remote too. Swapped out in no time, Quick install, Works perfect!

The parts have been working out beautiful. I love them. I’ve had no problem with it.
There was no information on the compatability of the remotes. I had to buy a new one that would have been less expensive in a package deal.
