I reached out to Happijac for clarification and I was told there are two different remote types. The remotes with the newer style logic boards have 25 amp fuses. Remotes with the old logic boards have 20 amp fuses. If you look at the rear of the circuit board you should be able to see which fuses you have. It appears that you have the 20 amp logic board. The replacement remote for the logic board with 20 amp fuses is Replacement Remote Controller for Wireless HappiJac Electric Truck Camper Jacks, part # HJ54ZR.

I have included a product description link below.

I also have been having issues w my remote controlled camper jacks. Three work fine with the remote but the fourth does nothing. I tested the plug and no juice when I have the system on, reset, and synced. I do hear a click but no power to the camper leg plug. That that leads me to think the motherboard / logic board is the issue. Green light. All 3 other jacks work by remote but no power to 4th jack. My camper is a 2018 Northern Lite and I believe it has the older 20 amp fused logic board because I do not see fuses on the front of the board. There are four screws on the front of the logic board unit but I was assuming that was how it was mounted inside the storage box. Is there a fuse for each leg inside the logic board plastic housing? Anyone know if the older boards have fuses and where they are located? I think that fuse is what is bad if I can find it. Thanks!!! Rather not buy a super expensive board if it is a fuse. Erik P.S. I just bought and installed the Firestone airbags from eTrailer. Great customer service. Thanks! They make a huge difference in my truck/camper ride and is level.

@ErikO Yeah if you open up that front panel there should be fuses right there.

@JamesonC Hey Jameson. Quick note to say thanks for your help. I didn't even think that logic board box could be opened up since the seam is nearly invisible. You were right. There was a blown fuse for only my right front jack. I will keep an eye on it if it blows fuses in the future as an indication there are other issues with the motor. Thanks again and I'll continue buying from eTrailer because of all the great customer service responses I have gotten over the years. Have a great Friday and weekend. Erik P.S. Also, my Firestone airbags I bought from you are awesome.
