Question:
I have a horse trailer with 16inch wheels, 5 bolt, 2 1/4 edge to edge bolt spacing. What other info do you need to match the brakes I need? Thanks

In order to determine the correct brake assemblies for your horse trailer, you'll want to also measure the inner diameter of your hub/drums and the depth of the drums to determine what brake assembly dimensions you need.
Based off of the figures you've given me, the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Assembly # 23-459 for the right side, and # 23-458 for the left side sounds like they'll work for you.
These brake assemblies will work with your 16" wheels, have a 5 bolt pattern, and will work with 6,000lbs axles.
I have attached an FAQ and an image detailing further how you can pick out the correct brake assemblies.
