We definitely have what you are looking for! When it comes to flat-towing your 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara, you need to have need a base plate, a tow bar, safety cables, a tow braking system, and vehicle tow wiring.
Since there are so many different types of front bumper options for 2014 Jeep Wranglers, I cannot determine what base plate you need. This is because different base plates are compatible with different bumpers. Also, with that being said, I cannot determine what tow bar you need because tow bars are only compatible with certain base plate types. It is also possible that you may need an adapter depending on what bumper you have.
The rest of the components I can definitely recommend. Those are:
- 40" Vinyl Coated Safety Cables with Clevis Hook (Qty. 2) by Dutton-Lainson, 6,500 lbs. # DL20119
- Brake Buddy Select 3 Portable Supplemental Braking System - Proportional # HM39524
- Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267
With the safety cables, you meet legal requirements as well as gain a safety fall-back in case of an emergency disconnect. You also receive the proportional action of the Brake Buddy Select 3 which applies the Wrangler's brakes at the same level that you apply the brakes to your RV. An added bonus is that this model comes with a wireless remote control. With the diode kit, this will allow you to connect your RV's tail, brake, and turn signal lights to your Wrangler's lighting system.
As with all flat-towing applications, I recommend consulting with your Jeep owner's manual to make sure you follow all manufacturer guidelines.
For a base plate and tow bar recommendation, feel free to respond with your bumper type or D-ring diameter and I will be happy to recommend the right parts for you.
