Can You Tow a Trailer with the Stealth Hitches Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver w/ Towing Kit

the labels says not for towing. Can you please help me understand if actually I can two a small U-haul trailer ?

Yes, you can tow using the Stealth Hitches Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver w/ Towing Kit # SH32VR but you will need to use the tow ball and not the hitch receiver. The towing capacity is 8,000 lbs. but you will want to be sure you do not exceed the maximum limits of your vehicle as well.
The confusion on whether you can tow or not comes from the adapter that is being used. If you are using the trailer hitch receiver, then you can not tow. The hitch receiver is only intended to be used with bike racks and cargo carriers. But if you are using the included ball mount, then you are able to tow a trailer.
