Love the hitch but dissapointed the rubber plug fell out and can’t get a replacement for it from you.
The perfect solution for a BMW X7 with no factory hitch. Actually is nicer to me because it keeps the nice bodylines unlike the factory version with the cutaway. Completely hidden when not in use, which is in line with a sporty/luxury vehicle.

Its been a year. Excellent hitch. Better than factory aesthetically. Use it weekly with no degradation in quality or performance. Only gripe is I wish I could use the square receiver for towing, as Id love to try one of those dampening hitches. Minor bummer, not at all a deterrent to my positive review.
