I have a generac 2200 watt generator will it be enough power to run the 13.5k btu unit and do you think I would need a soft start?

The Advent Air RV Air Conditioner with Ceiling Vent and Start Capacitor part # ADV94FR requires 3,000 watts for starting and 1,000 watts while running so to power it with a 2,200 watt generator you would also need the SoftStart # SSR54FR.
