Hi, Which Advent Air would be a direct replacement for Dometic 640315.301C0? Is the air plenum included, or is there one available for purchase? Thanks, Jeff

Hey Jeff,

There are Advent Air kits with just the rooftop unit or the whole setup with the air distribution box included. We've recently run into some compatibility issues with certain Dometic models so I do not recommend using any Advent Air rooftop units unless you plan on also replacing the entire system with all Advent Air equipment. The # ASA86YR you were looking at is just the rooftop unit and would not include the air distribution box. If you want all Advent Air then I recommend going with the # ADV94FR (13,500btu) or # ADV64FR (15,000btu).

If you want to just replace the rooftop unit then I recommend going with Furrion. You'll want to check if your unit uses a 6-pin or 9-pin connector and choose one of the following units:

6-pin:
13,500btu # FR26PR
15,000btu # FR58PR

9-pin:
13,500btu # FR82PV
15,000btu # FR42PV

You have a 13,500btu unit so you can stick with that or go higher for more efficiency.
