Does Advent Air RV Air Conditioner with Capacitor Need Additional Capacitor

The Advent ACDOM150 item says it comes with a start capacitor. Is this a soft start capacitor? Would buying a secondary soft start capacitor like Item # SSR54FR SoftStartRV be a waste of additional money? its a bit confusing.

The Advent Air RV Air Conditioner part # ACDOM150 that you referenced does come with start capacitor that softens the amperage draw upon startup so also adding the SoftStartRV capacitor part # SSR54FR would not be needed.
