What Are The Wires For In The Axle Tube Of Dexter Trailer Axle w/ Idler Hubs # 7359765-I?

I am buying a replacement axle for my trailer and the 7359765-I axle looks like a match. All I see different is the wires that are in each side of the axle by the hubs I dont have on mine. What are they for?
