Hello, Someone drilled into the lock on my Thule Pulse roof rack and the housing is damaged so I cant swap out the Lock Barrel N170. Is it possible to order a new housing or is the roof box unusable now? I bought the replacement cylinder and universal change key already but am unable to get the cylinder out on its own with the damage. Thanks for your help! would love to keep using this awesome box.

I reached out to Thule for verification and they do not offer a replacement lock housing for your Thule Pulse Rooftop Cargo Box #TH615. That said your housing does not look completely damaged, you may be able to find a locksmith that would be able to help you removed the damaged lock cylinder so that you can replace it with the Lock Cylinder # THLOCKN170.

If they spun the cylinder when they drilled it, the white nylon gear inside the housing could be damaged. I speak from experience.
