When it comes to valve extenders for your 2021 Ram 3500 I recommend The Wheel Masters 4-Hose Inflation Kit - 16" to 19-1/2" Dually - Hub Mount # WM8001. These stainless-steel-wrapped hoses take the hassle out of inflating and checking the air pressure of your tires. It relocates the inner tire's valve stem to out wheel and extends the valve stem on the outer tire.
This kit is designed for steel or aluminum rear wheels with wheel liners. With the straight hose it is 13 inches from tip to tip and with the 90-degree hose it's 10 inches from bend to tip.
