Best 5TH Wheel Hitch For a 2022 Chevy Silverado 2500HD Short Bed With Factory Prep/Puck System

My 2022 Silverado 2500 came with the factory puck system. What is your best hitch for using these mounting points on a short bed truck?

The B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch w/ Slider for Chevy/GMC Towing Prep Package # BWRVK3775 is the best 5th wheel hitch we have for your 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 with the 6-3/4' bed. This hitch will drop right into the factory prep/puck mounting points in your bed without requiring any adapters. The slider moves the hitch head back 12" when you need to maneuver your 5th wheel into tight spots.

Be sure to use a Lube Plate # RP83002 on your 5th wheel king pin. This will eliminate the need for messy grease on the hitch plate to quiet the hitch while you drive.

If you will be removing and installing the hitch a lot the B&W 5th Wheel Lifting Device # BWRVXA3130 allows you to use a overhead lift to raise the heavy 251lb hitch in and out of the bed much easier.
