I can tell you how to determine if the Dexter E-Z Flex Suspension Kit # K71-653-00 fits your 2018 Highland Ridge Highlander, but these - and in fact all other equalizer upgrades - are not fits for any one specific trailer.
To determine a fit, all you have to do is measure your current axle spacing, which is taken from the center of one axle to the center of the other axle. Alternatively you can measure from the center of your trailer wheel to the center of the other trailer wheel. If this measures 35 inches you can use the Dexter E-Z Flex Suspension Kit # K71-653-00.
