No, the EMCO 6-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 7,000-lb Trailer Axles - 25-1/4" Long # TRU52FR are made in the USA. These springs have a weight capacity of 3,500 per spring and are a great choice for your toy hauler with 7,000 pound axles. Are you planning scheduled maintenance or doing a repair?

The one thing to be very careful of is what is the thickness of the springs. These are 3/8 thick some are only a 1/4" thickness.
