Will the steps that fit on the two front doors also fit on the side entrance sliding door?

The Carr LD Custom Fit Side Steps # CARR115771 are more or less a universal fit step so you should be able to mount it at the rear sliding door on your 2022 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 as long as the mounting brackets aren't in the same location as the sliding part of the door (see attached).
Another option is to use the Aries RidgeStep Running Boards w/ Custom Installation Kit # AA86ZB which comes with one small step for your driver's door and then a long step for the front passenger door and sliding door. This comes with custom mounting brackets so there is minimal drilling plus it gives you more real estate to place your foot on.
