Fit was excellent as well as quality.
These worked out great on my sprinter van. Way cheaper then the other van sites, and don’t hang down as for more clearance/less damage.
Great cost effective option for running boards
Thanks again etrailer for not providing the brackets with the steps as listed. NO CUSTOM INSTALL KIT COMES WITH THESE STEPS. JUST STEPS!!!
Installed these on my Sprinter. Easy to install and they look and work great.
Fits like a glove
Sturdy and it looks good. The instructions are a little hard to follow. This kit does not include the mounting brackets so be sure to order those separate.
Really happy with these steps. They are very easy to mount even for someone like me who always ends up working on things after the sun goes down. They have very good grip in any weather conditions I’ve been in but are still usable in bare feet as well. My only complaint is there is no adjustment to the height and on my particular truck there is a larger gap between the kick plate and cab than I would have in an ideal world. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a solid side step that has a different look than the normal tube style on most trucks.
Pretty disappointed in the shipment. I reached out to etrailer with pics and asked for help but not a word back. Clearly I got a return or something. The product looks rugged but it’s so scratched up that I’m sure it’ll rust super quickly. I would have expected better.
1 year in they are holding up well. You can put your full weight on them and they don't flex at all

The running boards are awesome! They were easy to install, my father in law helped me put them on. They look great.
I put them on my wife's truck, she loves them, "but" there's always that right, lol.
Her only complaint is the bolts, she wished they were black also, but yes she does love them and they look great.

Installation went smoothly with process pretty straight forward. Looks good and feels sturdy. Time will tell on how well they hold up to Colorado weather.
I ordered the Aries Ridge Step Running Boards on Wednesday from the etrailer website. They were delivered on Friday afternoon and it took me about an hour to install them. Instructions were easy to follow and the accompanying pictures were actually relevant to installation. They look great on my Silverado and my wife can get into the truck much easier.
Order came quicker than I thought and product was exactly what I was looking for. I could not find the "C- shaped Track mounting bracket or mounting brackets shown in Steps 7A and 7B of the instructions- I went through the box of materials several times. It appears tht maybe you changed the mounting system since there nots for the M8 bolts- i installed running boards by placing the bolts to the outside of the slots.
It got here so fast! They may be psychi c.
About 45 min install on 2023 Ram 2500. Hardware for other models is included so once it’s separated, it’s not too mucb. My truck didn’t have nut plates but didn’t need drilling. Needed 3 wrench sizes though. Meh.

Nervous bRs are still on the truck and work as they should with the exception of the strength. I notice after pitting them in that there was alot of flex or movement when stepping on them. (I am 200lbs.) Must of my employees are 250 to 280, and we they step on them the flex was alot. We have since welded to the brackets to help with this problem.
So, I'd say yes they work, but are a cheap version and should not be used in a work world as they will not hold up.
Great running boards, Installed on a CMC 3500 cab and chassis. Looks great and function really good. It doesn't come with mounting brackets so make sure to get them as well.
the instructions were not accurate for this vehicle. The driver side install very difficult and time-consuming.
The product itself is well built and seems durable...time will tell.
Steps ate awesome. Only issue I had was that one of the front passenger side mounting bracket was the wrong one. Took me 45 min to install driver side brackets and step, but 2hr and 15min for the passenger side.
Easy to install.
Really like the wide width and grip feature.
Very happy with product.
