Simplest 4-Way to 7-Way Adapter

I have a 2021 Polestar 2 with tow hitch. It has 4 way blade. If my trailer has 7 way round, is there simple adapter you sell? I found one that requires it be grounded. Not sure why. I was hoping for something simpler like the 7 way to 4 way but in reverse.

The simplest 4-way to 7-way adapter available is the part # 37185 which your 4-way would plug into and give you and active 7-way. If you only plan to use the turn signal functions there's no need to ground the additional ground wire.
