Thanks for your reply. Its mounted to a 2004 stratos boat trailer. I've attached picture for you. Let me know your thoughts.

Most likely the # FXP15W would work great as a replacement for what you have but it's hard to verify that without seeing how what you have now mounts to the trailer. If you could send me a picture of what you have I can verify.
