It sounds like you're looking for replacement brakes for your 12,000 lb Moritz dump trailer. From what I have found, this trailer uses tandem 6,000 lb axles.
Based on that information, I recommend the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Kit - 12" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 6K # 23-458-459. These brakes automatically adjust to deliver optimum performance and braking power. If you do not want self-adjusting brakes we also have the Dexter Electric Brake Kit # 23-105-106 available.
