Im looking for the seal and bearing kit for dexter Torflex axle M#5957430 SN 121163418 5000# axle on a 2018 FW Rockwood 8295WS. Thanks

According to my research you have a Torflex #11 axle which means you should be able to use the Bearing Kit # BK3-300.
This kit has the inner bearing # 25580, outer bearing # LM67048, and a grease seal with a 2.250 inner diameter. If you pull your hubs you should be able to confirm on your end that this is what you have.
