Question:

Is this the correct kit for a 2021 Grand Designs Momentum 21G Travel Trailer with the Dexter 5100 axles? DEX: 8692829 S/N: 132194226 Also, this kit is for a single hub, correct?

Yes, it is Allen and thanks for the pictures. The Bearing Kit item # BK3-300 is exactly what you need for a Dexter 5,100 lbs axle. This kit includes bearings, seal, races, and a cotter pin. You are correct you'll need one item # BK3-300 kit per hub.
