You need the Replacement MaxxAir Roof Vent Manual Lift Operator, # MA10-20281K-3CF. This replaces the manual lift operator for your MA00A04301K and the MA00A04401K, MA00-05100K, MA00-06401K, MA00-04000K, or MA00-05301K models.

There are not installation instructions available specific to the Replacement MaxxAir Roof Vent Manual Lift. I have attached an exploded diagram that shows the placement of the lift in the fan assembly for your reference.
