There are two recommended sizes for Yakima HD crossbars when using the Yakima OutPost on your 2019 Ford F-150 Raptor. Those are the following lengths:
- Yakima OutPost HD Overland Truck Bed Rack - Aluminum - 500 lbs - 78" # Y01152-59
- Yakima OutPost HD Overland Truck Bed Rack - Aluminum - 500 lbs - 68" # Y01152-58
Between these two choices, I recommend going with the 78" # Y01152-59. This is because you ultimately receive more crossbar space for mounting accessories and cargo on your truck. Since your Raptor measures 86.3 inches (excluding the mirrors), the fitment of the 78" bars will not extend dangerously past your side mirrors.
The great thing about the OutPost HD is the additional add-on features like the eye bolts # Y01162 and the load stops # Y01161. If you need straps to secure your cargo, I recommend the Yakima HD Hook Straps with Cam Buckles - 10' x 1-1/16" # Y01165.
