Depending on the length of your crossbars and the width of your bed yes, there is a way to mount the Yakima OutPost HD ladder rack system on your utility trailer.
What you're going to need are the Yakima HD Tracks, like the 60" # Y74MR, along with the Yakima HD Track Adapter Kit # Y75RR. This gives you the base system needed to mount your ladder rack on your trailer. Just be sure to mock up your setup first and make sure the crossbars and legs can reach where the track will be installed.
