Is Hardware of Yakima Tonneau Cover Adapter Y01155 For Retrax Tonneau Cover The Newest Design

Yakima tonneau kit #1 #Y01155. Hi, Im planning to buy the Yakima HD ladder rack and install it to my Retrax XR tonneau cover. I know that I need this kit to do that, however some reviewers had mentioned that the bolts included in this kit tend to pull the lip of T-slot rails after you tighten it even under specified torque. Some had mentioned that Yakima already knew about it and will come up with new designed for the bolts. So, I contacted Yakima and they confirmed that they redesigned the bolts and made them larger but currently out of stock in their store. So my question is do you have the newly designed bolts in your tonneau kit #Y01155 or the older one? Thanks

So I spoke with Yakima, and they verified that the bolts were re-designed to enhance the fit, and are now larger for the Tonneau Cover Adapter Kit for Yakima OverHaul HD and OutPost HD Truck Bed Ladder Racks # Y01155.

I can also verify for you that when you order the Adapter Kit # Y01155 from us, you will get the newly designed bolts that will fit your Retrax XR tonneau cover. This kit will allow you to then mount the Yakima OutPost or OverHaul ladder rack on the XR's rails:
