Question:
I would like to do it right so that would necessitate 2 orange marker lights, 2 red marker lights, 2 tail/stop/turn lights, 2 backup lights, 1 license plate/light,1 7 pin Male harness, one 7 pin vehicle receptacle. Along with all the grommets and pigtails. I’m looking for a reasonably priced set up. Based on the pictures attached , would you recommend the required pieces/parts ?

It sounds like you are wanting to replace your incandescent backup lights on your kayak trailer with LED lights like the Optronics LED Backup Light for Trucks or Trailers # BUL52CB. If that is the case, all you will need to do is replace the current lights with the LED lights.
The # BUL52CB accept the industry standard 2-prong plug like the 2-Wire Pigtail for Optronics Backup and Utility Trailer Lights - 2-Prong PL-3 Plug # A45CB. If you do not have existing lights, then you will have to run a power wire to the lights on the trailer.
Either way you will not have to do a complete overhaul of your wiring. However, you will also want to switch your other trailer lights to LED since you do not want to mix incandescent and LED lights. If you send me some pictures of the stop, turn, tail lights you currently have I would be happy to make a recommendation. Otherwise, you will want to stick with an incandescent light like the # BU70CB
I have attached some review videos along with some helpful articles on trailer wiring for your reference.
