Does The Motor Upgrade Kit For Kwikee 42 Series Electric RV Steps Come With A 5/8" Bearing?

Lippert told me that I needed the Kwikee Step 42 Series Upgrade Kit, the Replacement 5/8inch Inner Diameter Bearing and the Upgrade Kit Mounting Table, for my 2001 Country Coach Motor Home, because of its age. What I dont understand is if I am buying the new Kwikee Step 42 Series Upgrade Kit, why do I have to also buy a replacement 5/8inch ID Bearing for the kit? Doesnt the Upgrade Kit come with the bearing, or does the bearing go between the upgrade kit and the attachment point of the step assembly?

The Motor Upgrade Kit for Kwikee 42 Series Electric RV Steps # LC380266 you reference does come with the 5/8" Inner Diameter Bearing # LC366059, and you do not need to purchase this item separately.
