I need to know the size width and length of the 4 panels on Tonneau cover #26203. I need to be sure my 5th wheel hitch will allow me to keep the front panel down instead of folded up against the rear window. I have a 2018 Dodge Ram 2500.

When folded up into the "buckled" position the BAKFlip G2 Hard Tonneau Cover # BAK26203 is going to take up 29" at the front of the 6-1/2' bed on your 2018 Ram 2500 (see attached). This will likely allow you to couple your 5th wheel trailer but you will want to make sure that it won't be prohibiting you from making your turns.
If you want more open space at the front of your bed without completely covering up your back window then I recommend checking out the BAK Revolver X2 # BAK39213 instead. This is a hard roll up cover that provides the same amount of security as the BAKFlip G2 but the roll is only about 9" tall when you have it in the completely opened position. When I've reached out to BAK in the past my contact said the Revolver was his go-to cover for 5th wheel towing.
