Hi, I cant find any comparison info on these. what are the differences between these 3? and which one fits 2019 Ram 3500 dually with short box and no ram box? 311-M-JRD7833 311-SWD7833 311-KRD7833

Good question! There are some subtle differences between these Pace Edwards tonneau covers that fit your 2019 Ram 3500 with the 6-1/2' bed.
The Switchblade Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover # 311-SWD7833 is the basic design. It's nicer than a lot of the other styles of covers but has the essentials when it comes to the Pace Edwards retractable covers. This comes with a 1-year warranty.
The JackRabbit Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover # 311-M-JRD7833 is the next step up and has a matte black finish. This doesn't really do much when it comes to durability but it does have a much more sleek look. This comes with a 3 year warranty.
The UltraGroove Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover # 311-KRD7833 is a step up from the JackRabbit. It has that matte black finish and a 3-year warranty, but it also comes with side rails with T-Slots so that you can add a roof rack or ladder rack setup like the Yakima OverHaul HD # Y01151-58 and Adapter Kit # Y01155.
I personally like the matte black finish so I would go with the JackRabbit or UltraGroove on this one. You'll just want to decide whether you want the ability to add a ladder rack at a later date or not.
