I have a solution for you but I am sorry the only offset balls that are available are for Curt's underbed package and B&W's turnover ball system. No one makes offset balls that fit the OEM prep packages. To get the clearance you need for your 2019 Chevy Silverado 2500 you are going to want the B&W Extend-A-Goose Gooseneck Coupler - 2-5/16" Ball - 10" Offset - 24,000 lbs item # BWTEXA4200. The sturdy inner tube pairs with existing outer tube to create a gooseneck coupler for hooking your trailer up to your truck that will give you an extra 10" of clearance between your Silverado's cab and trailer. The offset adjustment holes accommodate outer tubes with pins in different positions. I have attached a picture that demonstrates the offset this coupler provides.
