Thank you for the response. I guess I should have elaborated a little more. I was looking to replace my standard 5th wheel kingpin with a Reese Goosebox and I wanted more clearance in the bed of my pickup.

The best option for you would be a B&W Extend-A-Goose Gooseneck Coupler # BWTEXA4200. It will give you an extra 10" clearance between your trailer and the cab of your 2021 Ford F-350. This fits standard 4" diameter outer tubes.

There are no offset gooseneck balls for any factory in bed towing kits. This is due to the hitch not having a locking pin that would physically prevent the ball from turning. I recommend B&W Ball and Safety Chain Kit # BWGNXA2061 as it is one of the simplest to operate and will keep your hands clean with the integrated handle.

I have been able to find one way that you can get an extra 3" offset on your Gooseneck ball. It will require 2 different adapters to be placed into your 2021 Ford F-350. First is a Adapter Rail # C88KR. This will go into your 4 outer OEM holes and will give you an Industry Standard Rail mounting plate. Then to that you can attach a Curt Above-Bed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch for Fifth Wheel Rails - 3" Offset # 16055. This will move your Gooseneck ball back 3" from stock. Be aware we have also moved your gooseneck ball higher (roughly 4-1/2") as well so you will want to take that into consideration when installing the Reese Goosebox # RP85FR. And you will also need Safety Chain Kit # RP49151 as required by law.
