Shackle straps are not included with the 3-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 3,500-lb Trailer Axles - 23-1/8" Long # e59SR. You will want to buy shackle straps based on the length of your current shackles. This is the center of bolt hole to center of bolt hole measurement.

Since you are looking to buy new shackle straps, it would be a good time to upgrade to heavy duty shackles straps and wet bolts. For example, if you have tandem axles with 2-1/4" long shackle straps you would need the MORryde Suspension Upgrade Kit # MR46ZR.
