I do have a solution for you, but it would be adding a hitch receiver and a hitch bike rack to your 2019 Ford Transit T350. Unfortunately, we do not offer a solution for you to mount a bike rack to the rear door of your vehicle. The Thule Elite Van XT 2 Bike Rack you attached to your question only comes with options to mount to a Sprinter, part # TH302043, or a Ram Promaster, part # TH302013. I was also unable to find a trunk bike rack to fit your vehicle.

If you decide to go with the hitch receiver and hitch bike rack option, I recommend the following items.

etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Matte Black Finish - Class III - 2", part # e98842.

This hitch receiver has a maximum tongue weight of 900 lbs and a maximum gross trailer weight of 8,000 lbs. I would pair this with the Kuat Sherpa 2.0 Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount - Black, part # SH22B. This bike rack can hold your bicycles without touching the frame of your bikes.

Yes, this will not be an issue. You can add the Kuat Pivot 2 Swing Away Hitch Extender for Bike Racks - 2" Hitches - Passenger's Side, part # PVP20B. It is designed to work with Kuat hitch bike racks. Do keep in mind that adding an adapter to your hitch bike rack will reduce the maximum tongue weight of your hitch receiver by 50%. We do have another option that would not reduce your maximum tongue weight. The RockyMounts BackStage Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount, part # RKY10002, has built in swing away functionality.
