Yes, the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class V - 2-1/2" item # DT45508 is confirmed to fit the 2012 Ford F-350 Super Duty Dually. The factory hitch will need to be removed to install this hitch. It does accommodate the full size spare tire. I have linked the installation instructions.
