What is the largest spare tire that can fit in between this hitch? What is the width in between each side?Thank You!!

In regards to the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver part # DT45508, the distance from the inside of each side plate is 37-1/2" per Draw-Tite. I can't say for sure what the largest spare tire size that can be used is but you can use this info to determine this for yourself.

Yes, I checked with Curt and when they say a hitch like the part #C15410 would fit with a 20 inch spare they are referring to the rim size and not the tire size. Your spare that is sized 235/75R/16 would work just fine.
