The Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Kit part # 23-468-469 does not come with drums, these will be purchased separately using the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 3,500-lb Axles part # 84546UC3 or part # 84546UC3-EZ for EZ-Lube.
