A 5th wheel trailer hitch is not vehicle specific but the mounting brackets beneath the truck bed can be. For a 1993 Ford F-250 the correct kit is # RP30035. This same installation kit does fit the 1999 Ford F-250 short or long bed. I have included links to the installation instructions and a video showing a typical installation for you.

You will not want to reuse the hardware since it is meant for one time use. For a replacement hardware kit use # 58164.
