Does this item include multiple straps or just a single strap? I need three straps for my Thule Motion XT XL and want to know the quantity I will need to order.

I spoke with Thule and they informed me that the Replacement Tie-Down Strap for Thule Roof Mounted Cargo Boxes # 10169 is shipped as one (1) strap, and measures in at 123" and is 3/4" wide.
