According to the owner's manual, Honda recommends installing chains on the front tires only. The manual states that because of the limited clearance to the inside of the tire, cable-type chains should be used. The cables needed will depend on the tire size. For a 235/60-18, use # PW1046 or for 235/65-17 tires, use # PW1046. Either set includes the rubber adjusters to keep the cables snug to the tires.
The Konig # TH01594247 chain you'd looked at would fit either tire size and is also designed for low clearance situations, and is covered by a 1 year warranty. They would be much easier to install as they self-tension but because the owner's manual "Strongly Recommends" cable-style chains, I'd be a little hesitant using these.
I've linked some installation videos for you.
