Updated Servo for the Pewag Servo RS Self-Tensioning Snow Tire Chains
Updated 12/06/2017 | Published 12/04/2017 >
Question:
Hi, is this the most current model for these chains? the servo switching mechanisms looks like it might be different on the pewag website for the servo RS. that is, instead of the previous older black module with a single red switch Ive attached a pic, it looks like there might be a newer model with a module that has a red wheel edge on each side rather than just one red tab. Id like to get the newest model year available. can you check on this for me? thanks,

The servo included in the Pewag Servo RS Self-Tensioning Snow Tire Chains part # PWRS80 is the most up to date servo offered from Pewag at this time. The servo you have is the old version which was redesigned because of mud entering the device and creating functionality issues. The hole that was allowing mud to enter the old servo has since been phased out.
As long as you have one of the following tire sizes then the above tire chains will work well for you. If you have a different tire size not listed below please let me know what that is and I would be glad to recommend the correct set for you.

I have attached an installation video of the above tire chains for you as well.
